1. Before starting the machine, check whether the compressed air pressure meets the requirements (above 0.6bar), and check whether the main components are in good condition, such as heating belt, scissors, trolley parts, etc. At the same time, check whether there are other personnel around the machine to ensure the safety after starting up.

2. Clean the feeding system and metering machine before production to ensure the hygiene of the product.

3. Turn on the air switch of the main power supply, turn on the power supply, set and check the temperature of each temperature controller, and apply a good coating.

4, first adjust the bag and check the coding effect, at the same time open the feeding system to feed, when the material meets the requirements, first open the bag making mechanism bag, at the same time check the vacuum degree and heat quality of the vacuum box extraction vacuum, that is, after the bag meets the requirements, start material filling and production.

5. During the production process, check the quality of the products at any time, such as whether the basic requirements of the products such as vegetable silk, vacuum degree, heat sealing line, wrinkle, weight, etc. are qualified, and adjust at any time if there is any problem.

6. The operator shall not adjust some operating parameters of the machine at will, such as various parameters of operation times, servo and frequency conversion. If adjustment is required, it must be reported to the section chief and adjusted together by relevant maintenance personnel or technicians. In production, according to the actual situation, the operator can properly adjust the temperature and some phase angle parameters of each temperature controller, but the group leader and section chief must be notified first, in order to ensure that the entire production process of the equipment operation of the various parameters are controlled, to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, to ensure normal production and product quality.

7. If there is a problem with the equipment or the product quality is unqualified during production, the machine should be shut down immediately to deal with the problem. It is strictly forbidden to deal with problems during the operation of the machine to prevent safety accidents. If you can't handle it yourself or if it's a big problem, immediately notify the team leader and the maintenance personnel to handle it together. At the same time, hang up the safety warning sign "under maintenance, no startup. The operator must work with the maintenance staff to resolve the problem in a faster time and resume production.

8. During the operation, the operator should pay attention to the safety of himself and others at any time, and pay special attention to the safety and protection of the hot sealing knife, scissors, trolley part, vacuum box, camshaft, measuring machine measuring cup observation hole, measuring machine mixing, conveyor and other parts, so as to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

9. Operators can only use clean fingers to gently touch the touch screen of the machine. It is strictly forbidden to use fingertips, nails and other hard objects to press or hit the touch screen. Otherwise, the touch screen will be compensated for improper operation.

10. When debugging the machine or adjusting the bag making quality, bag opening quality, filling effect, small car show bag and bag receiving, only manual switch can be used for debugging. It is strictly prohibited to carry out the above debugging when the machine is in operation to avoid safety accidents. When major faults need debugging and handling and when opening the cam box to adjust the cam or changing the spring, the safety warning sign "under maintenance, no startup" must be hung on the touch screen operated by the machine. At the same time, anyone who sees the safety warning sign shall not start the machine at will, otherwise the consequences will be borne by himself.

11. Each operator shall ensure the hygiene of the machine and the surrounding ground at any time, clean up the vegetable shreds on the ground and the machine in time, and shall not place rolls of film, cartons and other sundries around the machine at will, and place unqualified products and sundries plastic baskets in accordance with the regulations to keep the site clean and tidy.

12. Clean up the ground vegetable shreds at any time, keep the platform clean, and pay attention to whether the conveyor belt deviates at any time. If the conveyor belt deviates, correct the deviation immediately to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.

13. After each shift is finished, the operator must clean the sanitation of the machinery and equipment. During the cleaning process, it is strictly prohibited to flush the equipment with large water or high-pressure water (except for the special small water gun configured for each machine), and pay attention to protect the electrical parts. After cleaning, ensure that the machine and the ground are free of water before leaving.

14, every day before leaving work, to accurately count the consumption of each machine coating and the total consumption of coating on duty statistics, at the same time do a good job in the output of a single machine and the total output on duty statistics.
